If you restore a computer, it is possible to lose data
If you tried to update AVG, and receives this message, you can try these steps

You did not specify which package you purchased these Protection, Performance or Ultimate package

Please try to install again purchased package
During the installation of the package will be added AVG Zen

Enable package using your AVG MyAccount.

I have Windows 8.1. and I recently had to use restore. Now when I try to reinstall AVG ZEN it fails because a .bin file is missing. I have spent too much time on this and I'm thinking of asking for my money back. Does anyone have any ideas?
