Remove auto payment from my subscription

Upon checking, we couldn't locate any active AVG subscriptions under the email address you've used to contact us here.
Could you let us know whether you were recently charged for the renewal of an AVG subscription?

PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST.   I NO LONGER NEED IT AND I DID NOT REQUEST IT.
PLEASE CONFIRM BY RETURN EMAIL THAT THIS RENEWAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
