Remove auto payment from my subscription

Upon checking, we couldn't locate any active AVG subscriptions under the email address you've used to contact us here.
Could you let us know whether you were recently charged for the renewal of an AVG subscription?

Hi,
Please remove auto payment from my subscription as I cannot do myself.
Let me know how can I do it or you delete my auto payment immediately as of now.

PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST.   I NO LONGER NEED IT AND I DID NOT REQUEST IT.
PLEASE CONFIRM BY RETURN EMAIL THAT THIS RENEWAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Paid on the 23rd May on my visa it was marked as Dri Avg Technologies £38.99 Never use this now want full refund and make sure no more monies come out of this account please? Sent email yesterday can someone please contact me directly on (Email address removed) or call me on (Ph. no)
