Hi,
We have AVG Internet Security Business Edition and it is hooked in to our Exchange 2011 server, but each time a user sends an email it attaches a text file called "AVG Certification.txt" and shows the following in the text file:
The message does not contain any threats
AVG for MS Exchange Server (2013.0.3556 - 4793/15883)
We would like to remove this file and have found where a number of topics on the subject telling users to go in to Settings >> Components >> Email Shield >> Customize >> Behavior and remove the tick Insert note into clean message (outgoing) and the only issue is that there is no tick in it on the server or on a client, but still sends the attachment. I would like to not have this file go in our emails as it is causing a couple of issues with some emails we send out.
Can someone from AVG or the public let me know where to look and how to stop it from sending the attachment?
Regards and thanks,
David
