Hello i just want to use the trial version, but i didnt find out where can i remove my credit card, can anyone help me??? Im afraid because i have no money for a pay trial, im scared because i have been trying to find it, but i cant, i already could find the cancel subscription with help of a friend but cannot find the credit information. please help!

I would also like to remove my credit card information couldn't find any possible way to remove it and an order was made and I didn't confirm on it please i want to delete my credit card information and also get a refund for the new subscription that was paid. Thanks in advance

Good afternoon sir,

Yes i want the refund, i really need it, i never use the credit card. i dont have money to put to this bill im employed. i put this programm on the computer of my grandmother in barreiro and i didnt know that was paid after x time. until i saw  in the email that was charged so much money that i dont have. 
when will you refund my values?
