In the payment section of my AVG account, I'm referred to "suppot." I go to support only to be chasing my tail around a site that mentions NOTHING about Pay Pal. I want it removed! Also, update your "support" information with the procedure to remove Pay Pal as an option. You have a very poor Customer Support system in place.
