Renew AVG Tuneup from Invoice

I understand that you wish to activate the AVG PC TuneUp you have installed in your computer. Please open the AVG PC TuneUp application and click on "Help And Support" and select "Enter license number". You will see a new window with an option to enter your license number. Please enter the license number received in your order confirmation email and activate the trial version to full paid subscription. My old PC died, I'm now using a new one. I've downloaded the free copy of AVG Tuneup 2017. How do I go about making this copy permanent. This is my invoice information.
