It appears that we are listed with AVG as two accounts -
Jan Cypelt &
Laurice Cypelt
We should only have one account as we only have one computer and one email address.
My Invoice for 1 computer (24 months) was paid on 2 October 2017. $73.99.
Then on 3rd December 2017 - another invoice for $138.20 for AVG Secure VPN which states my wifes name Laurice Cypelt.
We have just received another notification of renewal information which appears it may relate to an (invoice number removed) paid for in February 2016 for AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1year) ie due to expire 5 February 2017. AVG (Order reference number removed)
Please, could you please investigate this as it appears we are being charged for two accounts when we should only be receiving one.
I look forward to receiving your valued information re this and provide me with update that we are only charged as one and also an explanation as to why we have been charged in December 2017 for $138.20 (order number removed) when we had paid in October 2017 for 24 months.
Plus the other AVG notification we received via email a couple of days ago.

I see that you have been charged for AUD 138.20 for the purchase of AVG Secure VPN - 1 Users, 36 Months on 3rd December 2017.
The renewal of AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (2 years) license was done on 1st October 2017.
I see that your AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license that is expiring on 21st February 2018 was already migrated to AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 8th January 2018.
If you are receiving the renewal notice via email for Internet Security for your ****@bigpond.com account then you can ignore it as you already migrated to Internet Security Unlimited subscription.
All the subscriptions was purchased under ****@bigpond.com email and it is registered under your wife's name (Laurice Cypelt).
