On 5th March 2018 I paid to renew my yearly subscription for AVG tune up and AVG internet security.When I got the email I could not download the files to begin installation on windows. e.g. when I pressed download all it says is save file or cancel, no download
therefore cannot install. I am disappointed as I have paid for it, the phone number provided doesn't work for support! what to do?

I regret the inconvenience, you have to click on Save file option to download the file. It's not necessary to download it after renewal in case you already have latest version.
Open Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> log out / remove license and log back in to reactivate your renewal and check its expiry date. Provide us the contact number which you have used to reach us. We are here if you need further help.
