Renewal Failure

Al already mentioned I renewed with my order  12799043138 (17/11/2017), I follow the procedure to update the program but is also mentionig in the main screen that in 18 days I have to renew again. This is my second complain.
If in 3 days the issue is not solved, You will forced me to cancel the use of the AVG products,
I am very sorry for this situation.
I also wanted to use the Chat, but I was disconected due to technical reasons!!!
