Renewal not downloading

Hello Brenda,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
This issue is caused due to the presence of the third party security software or the traces of old AVG files. Please run the AVG remover tool and remove any traces of AVG from your computer. http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Note: Once the removal of AVG is complete, go to C Drive and delete the AVG remover folder. After which you can install AVG. Please click on this link to install AVG Internet Security latest version http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_742.exe

I am trying to download my renewal for AVG 2016 and it keeps coming up with an error 0xc0070643. I even tried deleting the AVG 2015, but still does not download.

Please advise.
