We are sorry to know that you are unable to complete the renewal. We see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security unlimited till 1/26/2018. If you have already installed AVG Internet Sec urity un limited in your computer, you can simple sign out and sign in again from your AVG MyAccount from the AVG Zen interface and see if that activates the AVG program in your computer.

my avg isn't renewing properly
ive tried all that it still shows im only using the free trial version and asks me to upgrade
ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same
and im sorry i have posted before but im not tech savvy and ddint see my post had gone in ive been trying to sort this for hours now
