Hi, all of my subscriptions are currently up to date and not due for renewal until 2023. However, I am continuously getting annoying and persistent notifications/e-mails telling me some of my subscriptions have expired and I have to update if I want to keep them active.
The most recent example is today, and I'm now wondering if this is actually from AVG. The e-mail is headed "It's been 7 days…", then starts "Your Secure VPN expired last week". The originating no-reply email address is showing as AVG <noreply@emails.avg.com>
Other notifications are in respect of my Driver Updater; these appear as soon as I access my browser but they seem to be genuine, except they again tell me that my driver updater has expired, when I actually only renewed it recently.
Are these genuine AVG e-mails and notifications? If so, this practice is very unprofessional, as you would clearly be able to determine what has and hasn't been updated. Can you please advise what's going on?
Thanks.
