All i have is an invoice and six months of the use of AVG ANTI VIRUS which could not even detect three viruses which were spotted by a free malaware system.
I do not want to keep paying for a system that does not feature on my control panel.

I intend to ensure my bank does not make any payment to you as I have an e-mail sent on the 3rd February 2014 saying my request to cancel automatic renewal was successfully turned off.

I had a renewal and upgrade on the 31st January 2015 costing me £43.99.
the system i downloaded lasted about two months then I spent two weeks trying to recover by phone and using the computer to communicate with some of your experts.I went through all levels of experts from AVG and in the end I finished with AVG free anti virus on my computer which at the time was Windows XP. i have not used any AVG products for the past six weeks as I changed to Windows 7. I decided that i do not want to use AVG again as it is a waste of money.My cancellation of Auto renewal was confirmed in an e-mail dated 3rd February 2014.signed by Mae Grace Doringuez from AVG Customer Service I Confirm that I wesh to cancel a product I no longer have on my computer.
