Renewal of AVG Ultimate

Hi Folks,

I renewed our company's subscription to AVG Ultimate recently. Alas, I'm still receiving renewal notices. These notices inform me that my license will expire on the 28th of this month (March 2018).

When I log in to the account the renewal date states March 2022, which is also odd as I only renewed fro two years.

I have contacted AVG online help but it took a very long time to be told it was a glitch in their system. Ultimately the online chat achieved nothing and I have a feeling that come my expiry date on 28th March (due to the AVG system glitch) my computers will be left vulnerable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see that you have contacted our technical chat support and got assistance with the activation.
You have confirmed that the expiry date is now appearing correctly on "My Subscriptions" window of AVG Internet Security.
Are you still getting the renewal notices?
