Dear sirs, recently AVG renewed my Internet Securtity protection by doing an auto-deduction of RM200.00. After I protested to AVG about the deduction being done without my permission, and informing the bank, who asked me to change my ATM card, I was eventually refunded the RM.200.00 which was credited into my bank account. I would now like to renew my Internet Security, but your website tells me that I have already paid, and therefore any new payment will be taken for 2018 to 2019. Please investigate and let me know. I understand that the new payment is RM180.00 + RM59.00 for AVG to help load the program for me. Thank you.
