AVG has sent me an email on october 24 to remind me that "I don't have to do anything for the renewal" The email says that € 49,99 will be charged approx 15 days before december 8 (the end of the licence). But I was not charged and nothing is paid yet! Sorry that I made a little mistake here.
The invoice for the renewal has arrived on november 25th (ordernr. 701-5579426). The message says that my creditcard will be billed automatic.
Again sorry I was too early with my question but you have to careful these days.
My Internet Security asks me to renew the licence before december 12, 2016. I have already renewed (invoice dated october 24 2016. I cannot update with the original licence. What to do??

Thank you for replying us back. It seems that you have only AVG Internet Security (1 computer) as your active subscription which has been renewed on 2016-10-24. No further charges will be made from your account as your product is valid till 2017.12.8. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
