I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know when does it ask for the password?
The system asked for the AVG my account password?
I see that the license for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) got renewed recently on 20th June 2017.
Are you referring to this purchase?

I have just spent one whole hour trying to renew my license.  One part of the system accepts my pass word and another askes for an eight character password which I do not have and the six character one has always been accepted.  Now I don't know if I have purchased the license or not!!!
I cannot see how I can access my account details to see if I am covered or not.
AVG PLEASE HELP!!
