Renewal of Unknown subscription

AVG are looking for a renewal of a service which I can't track down.  I am paying for full coverage of 10 devices (which is current - i.e. "paid for") until next year.  However, I'm being asked to renew another service (which I cannot retrieve by email or any other means) by mid-Feb of this year.

I have no need of this service, but I have no way of tracking it down (I've spent many hours this evening (since I got the nofitication from AVG) in trying to find out for what this charge refers.  I've had no luck.

Please AVG, let me know how to cancel this unneeded service while I continue to subscribe to (what I think is a very good-value paid service) for the rest of my AntiVirus software.

Subscription expires: 19 February 2020

We're glad to clarify this for you.
Initially, it isn't recommended to share the order details over this post.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've duplicate subscriptions of AVG Internet Security.
One is valid till next year (as you stated) & the other awaits renewal in Feb. Usually, we do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry.
This email includes info on how to cancel, renewal date & amount to be charged. However, we've cancelled the duplicate subscription (automatic renewal) & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Furthermore, there won't be any duplicate subscriptions in your account & you may need to ensure that the correct subscription (10 users pack) is active on your computer.
To check this : Open AVG Internet Security - My AVG (at top right) - My subscriptions - Check if the renewal date is Nov, 2021.
