Hi My renewal came through for 9 Feb 2016 and I have just paid it - now the next renewal states its due 25 Jan 2017 when it should be 9 Feb 2017 - please can I get this amended!? thanks in advance for any info!

Upon reviving your account using your email address, we confirm that you have purchased AVG Protection today (2016.1.25). But you have already purchased AVG Internet Security on 2015.2.6 last year and it is due to expire on 2016.2.9. That is the reason you are having two products in your account. And there has been no money withdrawn from your account without your knowledge. Thank you for understanding.
