I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG PC TuneUp activation. Please share a screenshot of the AVG PC TuneUp to assist you further, and also request you to open AVG PC TuneUp > help/support and check if there is reactivate/activate button.

I request you to uninstall existing AVG PC TuneUp from control panel as mentioned (here).
Proceed to install AVG PC TuneUp as mentioned (here) and keep informed us the status.

Hi I just renewed my 2-year subscription on AVG TuneUp.

AVG Order reference number: 701-***5911
Invoice number
Invoice date:
Payment method
3802158127 06-11-2017

and now, AVG came out with a new AVG TuneUp Unlimited and keep prompted me to buy a 1-year subscription.

What does this mean? My 2-year subscription is no longer relevant? Why do I need to re-buy another subscription? What draws a different between AVG TuneUp and AVG TuneUp Unlimited?
Isnt that an upgrade for existing subscriber… It make me so unpleasant for being a long term customer for AVG.

Den, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I can view the provided screenshots. May I know if you have reinstalled AVG PC TuneUp? If not then I request you to open Control panel > program and features and uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp.  After that, you can follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-download-and-install-AVG-PC-TuneUp) to download/install/activate your paid AVG PC TuneUp.
