Renewed my AVG Internet security for 2 years

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) expires on 9th December 2019.
To activate it, open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions"
Click on "Log out" and then click on "Log into account" for entering AVG my account credentials.
Click Login and wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates the subscription.
Keep us informed about the status.

The solution you posted did not work I could only delete and re-enter my license.
This has helped, however, because I had to register again with AVG again.
From that moment everything was in order again.
Note: I find it very cumbersome because it is not all on the AVG help site

On December 9, 2017, I renewed my AVG Internet Security for 2 years and paid nicely with my Visa card, 51.99 euros.

ORDER NUMBER: 11385338872

After payment received an email with instructions. according to the instructions I did not have to do anything. It is automatically extended.

However: I still get to see at the AVG start screen that I have to renew because my abonoment it ends on 2-1-2018

However, I still get the message:

"Your product ends on 2-1-208 with the question: extend?

 

I want to have this solved and before 2-1-2018 because then my license expires
