Renewed my Avg internet security user interface does not come up

This issue may be caused by incorrect Windows services configuration.
Kindly uninstall and reinstall the AVG again and check if the issue persists.

I had AVG Ultimate which run out on sept 20th 2020
I uninstalled it and installed AVG internet security plus AVG secure VPN.
  The problem is the same as this  previous question asked here back 2017

"Downloaded newest version of AVG Antivirus and it shows up under processes as running
but user interface does not open when I click AVG on the start menu.
Had no problems with previous versions

This was an answer given to this problem.
"Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer."

This does not work for me.

The only way I can get the interface to come up is "run as administrator"
I want it to work the way it is suppose to work, show up as running in the task bar
after the computer is up and running.

Any  ideas on how to fix it?
