I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. Yes, I can see that you have AVG Ultimate subscription and it will expire on 2024.11.30. May I know if you're receiving expiry pop up on your computer or Android phone. If possible please share  screenshot of the expiry message to assist you further. I renewed my subscription and paid for the AVG Ultimate for 3 years but it keeps saying I only have the basic free protection and keeps asking if I want to upgrade to PRO. Why does it keep asking me that if I have an invoice for the purchase.
