I'd like to inform you that reactivation of AVG using the new license must be done manually which you might have missed. Please follow the steps below to activate AVG Internet Security using the new license number.
1. Open AVG Internet Security/Anti Virus.
2. Click on My AVG -> My Subscription.
3. Click on 'Enter new license'. (If that is not an option, click 'Logout' to see it).
4. Type in the new license, follow the on screen instructions to complete the activation.
If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.
I renewed my subscription last month (Feb. 8th 2018) but I'm being told that I have not renewed!!
Please fix this.
