Hi Mikael, i have also an ultimate multi device subscription that i had to renew. I got a mail for a discount of 40% if i payed sooner but could not pay with any of my cards. At last i tried another browser (chrome) - i use Opera as a browser - and suddenly it worked with a discount of 40% and i verified it on my AVG account and it really worked. I dont know if i helps you but it did it for me.
