On May 17th 2017, I discovered that my subscription to AVG Internet Security - 2017 had not renewed as my card had expired. I immediately renewed it with my new card, but AVG Zen did not update to the renewed subscription even though I was logged in. I am now on basic protection because my subscription expired officially today. I have tried leaving the network and logging back in and it still does not show my renewed subscription. What can I do to rectify this? I will not pay another €50 to renew as myAVG account says I am subscribed until May 15th 2018.
