The renewal notification email was sent for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited which is expiring on Nov 21, 2019 as the auto-renewal is enabled and recently you have purchased AVG Internet Security Multi-device (1 user) on Oct 30, 2019 for EUR 44.25.
If you prefer, I can cancel the auto-renewal for AVG Internet Security unlimited, so you will have one subscription valid till Oct 30, 2020.

I renewed my internet security subscription some days before it was expiring. Previous expiring date was 6th of november 2019 . Now You give me exipring date 15th of october 2020. That's not correct !! Why You changed date ?? Please solve this !
