Hello

I renwed in jan  order no 67-97252  on-line to take account of discount.  Myold subscription is due to end in 48 hours. According to the website I am covered until April 31  2016  but I keep getting reminders from AVG that I will not be covered and need to reneww.  I do not have a new license number.

Can you help please?
