Buenos días. Quiero saber por qué se me cobró una renovación de suscripción que no teníamos y en qué momento hemos autorizado un pago con nuestra tarjeta de crédito de esa renovación. Esa forma de actuar no nos parece bien.
Esperamos su respuesta y nos dicen por qué han realizado este pago sin nuestro consentimiento.
No es que no deseemos estar en AVG, pero no parece la manera más correcta de hacer las cosas.
