Thanks for the answer; everything is updated, and there is no sound while trying to boot… just the black screen with the flashing dot…
Hello Roger,
We will check and help you. Let us restore the drivers to previous version and check whether the PC reboot properly
AVG Driver Updater stores a backup of each driver before updating it to the latest driver version. To revert back to a previous driver version for troubleshooting purposes:
•Open AVG Driver Updater and click See Overview.
•Click Show details next to the driver you want to restore to a previous version.
•Click Driver versions.
•Click Restore next to the driver version you want to restore.
•Click Restore to confirm.
•The selected driver reverts back to the version you selected.
NOTE: AVG Driver Updater can only restore driver versions that were previously installed by Driver Updater.
Please try the above steps and let us know if its help you.
Hi, I have AVG TuneUp and AVG Driver update; but, my computer ( Windows 10, Intel CORE I7-2600 CPU a 3.4Ghz ) never starts by himself recently ; when I Turn-on my computer, a black sceen appears with a flashing dot at the top left corner; to start properly, I must get in the Bios menu and select manualy the SATA 0 disk to continue booth properly; I tought that all those updates made by AVG Driver update would fix or tell me how to fix it that problem…disapointed
Hi Roger,
This isn't the experience we want you to have.
Please clarify whether you've updated drivers using Driver Updater before the issue started & let us know whether you get any beep sounds while booting your ocmputer.
