Lately I am being asked by the computer to reboot for various reasons. Internet security, a reset is required to enable some of your security features, hacker attacks protection is broken and so on. I have rebooted probably about 12 times Plus. Seems like the updates are not happening. Not using a VPN currently as it is turned off.
