Repeated request of november 4the, still no answer from you

I previously sent you a message to which I have not yet received a reply. Here, perhaps a little more complete, is my story again:

Last week, I received a reminder that I would no longer have a TuneUp subscription with you. I then ordered a TuneUp subscription for one device, valid for two years, and was able to install it immediately upon receipt on October 30, 2025. (Order: AGP2118668618; €47.76).

Earlier, on October 6, I canceled my existing TuneUp access, valid for 10 devices and valid for one year. Your response at the time was that I could continue for a lower amount, namely €44.99 (order number: AGAP1647695915), for a period of one year. This order was also debited from my account one day after the previous order! I no longer need to support 10 devices. So, would you please refund this last payment? Thank you in advance.
