My AVG driver updater broke a few weeks back (scan wouldn't complete)…tech showed me how to get a new driver and I installed it. It has failed three times since, and when I get a new driver it just doesn't complete. It moves onto one green check arrow the the next blue "ball" illuminates, and that's it…nothing more. Can you help please?
