Thanks for your quick reply. I have followed the instructions as per your link, but when I get to item 2. Tip: You will need to enter your AVG License Number during the installation on the new computer. You can retrieve a lost license number using the AVG License retrieval form, I cannot find anywhere to place the Key as I used to be able to. I have tried using the 'Buy' option hoping that there would be somewhere to place the key, but cannot see anywhere, so guess I am not looking in  the right place.

Hi all

Have just replaced my Old steam driven PC and have installed AVG. Can I use an existing key and if so, How do I do it?

Simple question, but in days gone by, once you went to buy after a trial, there used to be a box where you could enter the activation key, but I don't see it, unless I need to go to Specsavers.
