Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We see that you have an active AVG Ultimate multidevice (1 year subscription) valid till 29th March 2017. Is this the subscription you would like to cancel the auto renewal on? Please confirm so that we can proceed to disable the auto renewal


The above reply refers to an  earlier e-mail requesting the cancellation of the AVG Ultimate multidevice (1 year subscription) valid till 29th March 2017 mentioned above. So yes it is this subscription that I am, (for the time being) requesting a cancellation.  
I understand that the present  subscription will be valid till its expiration at the end of the current month ( March 2017)
