I appreciate you efforts in trying to fix the issue. In some cases, the disk check may appear unresponsive for extensive period of time, typically at the 10 0r 11% mark. Thank you Akash, all seemed well, started tune up, and putting to sleep other things,but on drivers??, startup needed fixing, so IT said, it has now been nearly 1 hour, and still only on scanning and fixing 10% , should I be concerned.
