Report malicious files - please DO something with web interface

Hello, please add a link to report threats to the main AVG page, I do not understand why this important choice is hide (False Positive File Form) …
Very important is the ability to add mail to which the user will be informed that the uploaded file is in processing and the result.
And final and maybe first …, the detection … On last 14 days Eset on the our server detect files that AVG knew after more than 16 hours - it is unacceptable.
(for example Eset- VBA/TrojanDropper.Agent.ATG and AVG - Script SNH-gen)
