Hi,
Thanks for the response - I filled this in Monday, however haven't had a response yet on this. Do you know what the usual turnaround time is and when I should expect to hear ?
Thanks,
Mike
Hi - did you have any update here on this false positive we raised a week ago now ? Thanks, Mike
Hi,
Our customers are having problems with AVG and Avast while installing our software, as one of the installation files is been identified as Malware.
The affected file has a size of 85MB and is signed with a legitimate certificate. As the file is 85MB we cannot report it on False Positive File Form as there is a 50 MB restriction.
This only happens with AVG and Avast.
Please, provide us with guidance on how to proceed to upload this file so you can analyse and whitelist it as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Is there any further update here please ?
Thanks,
Mike

We're sorry for taking time, Mike. It's taking more time than we expected.
Our senior team will send you an email as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience.
Instead, this is a false positive message from Avast anti-virus due to some problematic virus definitions. Sometimes antivirus programs suspect a file of being a virus when it isn't, this is what is commonly known as a false positive message.

I've also made your case a priority as high. We request your patience.
Thank you for understanding in advance.
Instead, that is a fake nice message from Avast anti-virus because of a few intricate virus definitions. Sometimes antivirus applications suspect a record of being a virulent disease while it isn't, that is what's generally called a fake nice message. (Site removed)
