I refer to your request reference number 21487702.
I replied to your email last Tuesday, 25.06.2024 and again yesterday 27.06.2024, addressed to support@help.avg.com.

I have not yet received your feedback.

I would like to know if I should be communicating with you using a different method than email to support@help.avg.com.
