Requesting refund

I was billed for $79.99 through my PayPal account again today without warning or due notice for VPN Secure PIN. Most subscriptions give you an option to withdraw or at least prior notice that monies are to be deducted. Not so with this! Last year it caused great financial hassles having accidentally subscribed a year ago with someone at my house using my computer agreeing to free trial. I was not allowed to cancel subscription because had been over a month. I have now cancelled subscription but I am told subscription carries through still for next 12 months. I have cancelled because is something I don't need this type of security and I really can't afford it. Many other things I would prefer to spend my limited funds on. How can I get a refund asap?

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription. Refund for the recent renewal has already been processed and an email confirmation has been sent to your registered email address.
