Reset of computer and loss of protection

I regret for the inconvenience caused. I see that you have purchased AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (2 years) good till 5/13/2019 . Hence please uninstall AVG completely as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 ). Then reinstall it using the steps mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1ERJxSd ). I have also sent the license number to your registered email address.

Hello, 
Recently, I had to reset my computer and I lost all applications including AVG during the process. So I reinstalled AVG but it seemed like my computer was not protected. I think the product is not activated but after following the different explanations on the AVG website, I can't do it. How can I manage this?
