On my normal AVG scan these Trojan Horse's (3 of the same) are not found. But the AVG Resident Shield indicates I have 3 Trojan horse Generic12_c.BBKY. I have tried to heal them twice with no luck, each time it indicates that I need to reboot - which I do - and they are still there. What do I do now?
