AVG has served me fine for many years, but yesterday (1. jan) was it blocked. On AVG screen was noted that there were no active components. I looked at the five submenues (buttons), and found them active except Firewall, which reported that Resident Shield was not active. I have scanned to find errors with no result, and I even bought more update (order 67-63753). I can not download a new AVG 2015, because I am told I have no internet connection! Tell me what to do to restore my protection and my use of my PC.
I can receive mails on my iPad, so you can mail me even when my PC is blocked.
