I have been having problems with my AVG Full for months. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (using the tools recommended by AVG) and nothing works. The latest fail message was 0xC0070005: The added waitable object already existed in the collection.
Can anyone help? I am paying for a service that will not work.

When you decide to take advantage of this service, you grant access to one of our agents to see your computer screen and control your computer, as if they were sitting at your desk. During the remote connection, you can see everything the agent does on your computer, you can chat with him or take back full control of your computer at any time. Once the session is finished, the agent (or anyone else) cannot connect to you again unless you request a new session.
