RESTART performed, but not resolving AVG issue

WHAT SHOULD I DO?  AVG has been installed and functional on my PC for months, however, AVG page shows "restart needed", Computer and Identity are "not protected", Web is "partially protected", and "restart required" for the Firewall.  I have tried restarting several times, but AVG page continues to show the same issues.

May I know the name of AVG program and the version of it?
Have you tried a complete reinstallation of AVG program once?
