AVG needs to eliminate or make disappear after 20-30 seconds the “Restore pages?” popup
This appears on Edge too. I never use it.
In regedit you can create the registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\AVG\Browser and then inside that key create a new dword 32bit called RestoreOnStartup and set the value to one of the following:
5 = Open a new tab
1 = Restore the last session (this will be what you had last open when you closed AVG browser last)
4 = Open a list of URLs (this will be what you set as the homepage in the browser)
This will disable the restore pages popup entirely.
