Restore zip file after scan

I did a full scan on my computer today and it detected a virus in one of my zip files on my google drive. I need some of those files out of that archive but I can't seem to find how to restore the file. I tried moving it to the vault but there is no option. I tried looking in the vault but its not in there neither. I searched to no end to try to find a way to do it online and nothing.  Below is the screen shot and it is the bottom file I am trying to restore. How do I restore this file back to its directory so I can inspect it and save what I need out of it?
