Hi Gurbinder,

I see that you have reached our AVG mobile team and helped you to register the code. Unfortunately, you were unable to complete the registration.

Also, I have checked the screenshots provided and follow the below steps to register the codes to generate the activation code for AVG Ultimate Multi-device.

AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) is a bundled subscription of AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN and AVG password protection.

I bought 2 copies of AVG ultimate from a box retail store and I can't install them. When i input the retail code it prompts me to download the product without asking me for my email to send me the activation code. I have been emailing avg support for over a week but 1 email response from avg per day is not practical. Has anyone else run into this problem? Also the activation is for an android device.

First, I request you to install AVG Internet Security and follow the below steps for registration.

1. Open AVG Internet Security application.
2. Click on My AVG > My subscriptions > click on 'Enter valid activation code' and enter the codes provided in the reseller box.

I can assure that the codes will be registered and write back to us to provide the generated activation codes, as reseller purchase will not be reflected in AVG MyAccount.
