Have spent hours endeavouring to retrieve the licence No# for 2 purchased items as above in 2016, due to being lost in home renovations. Have many existing drivers out of date and cannot locate Licences to activate product. All formatted questions in your support columns do not deal with issue, and keep asking for Sales numbers existing on the online purchase receipts. The only numbers available are the Invoice & Order numbers!
How do I retrieve these Numbers so that I can continue without having to purchase another annual subscription of the Driver Updater? Ian Sharpe
