We are really sorry to know this. I would request you to follow the below instructions and check if the issue persists.
1).Open the AVG Program.
2).On the Options menu, click Advanced settings.
3).Select Temporarily disable AVG protection in the menu on the left side.
4).Click the Temporarily disable AVG protection button.
5).Choose how long you want the protection to be disabled and whether to disable the Firewall as well, and then click OK.
If the issue persists, then it is no longer associated with AVG…

I installed the Ultimate package on my wife's desktop machine as the second of my installs. She now has no rights to save files in any subdirectories under her Documents folder. Why????? How do I correct it?? Further, her Documrnents folder has been moved to appear as if it under her Desktop folder. Why?
